Shipping
Most orders are completed within 10–14 days of quote and artwork approval. Timelines can vary from order to order depending on order size, decoration method, and garment availability, and promotional products may take longer depending on the item.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Local pickup in Cincinnati is also available.

Returns & Exchanges
Because most items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless there is a decoration error on our part.

Garment Condition
We source our blank garments from trusted suppliers and inspect everything as it comes through our shop. That said, some things are outside of our control. Aegis Apparel LLC is not responsible for tears, stains, or other defects that occur during the garment's manufacturing, while in transit to our facility, or during shipment to you.

We know how much every order matters, so if anything arrives less than right, please reach out to us at info@aegisapparelco.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Order Errors
Please review spelling, colors, and sizing carefully before approving your design proof. Once approved, we begin production and changes may not be possible.
